Lavender is one of the most popular fragrances in toiletries. The oil can smell floral or herbal or even slightly camphorous. I use the standardized version which leans toward the herbal end of the scent spectrum. The benefit of this version is that it is genuine natural lavender essential oil and does not vary from bottle to bottle as so many other essential oils can.
