The candles were just as expected. We get the unscented versions as that's our tradition (my parents always burned bayberry candles, so the tradition is at least 100 years old in our family). The candlelight is lovely on Xmas and New Year's eves.
This is my second year ordering mini bayberry candles from this seller to give to friends and family. I actually live in the same town as a well-regarded company that makes the full size version of bayberry candles operates (A.I Root Candles) and the prices have just gotten too high for me to justify spending on what amounts to a stocking stuffer.
Everyone loves the candle scent and the underlying wish for health and wealth associated with bayberry candles so I couldn't just stop handing them out so finding smaller versions made me very happy!
ScenterSquare packages everything beautifully and even includes a single candleholder perfectly sized to fit the mini candles (I would have bought dozens of them last year, until I devised my own holder - see the photo).
